Before actually downloading my publication, I welcome your input for corrections, typographical and musical corrections, as well as your comments the those of your students.  Your act of downloading any item means you agree to the following:

  1.  The pdf download is to be used only for your personal review and not to distributed beyond the pale of your      individual possesion. All the following pdf files are herein presented for educaional purposes only. Any other use of these materials is discouraged. All reproduction and recording of any item requires both legal permission and legal acknowledgement.

  3. All your correspondence with me is kept confidential; e-mail addresses and communiques - all of it kept confidential.
  4. From time to time I'll post corrections so you can check on the project's development.
