Permission to reprint from Mondoy Music's MusicFile Service

Permission for annual reprint license
An annual license is available from Mondoy Music based on the number of families registered in the parish:

0-99 Families $105.00

100-499 Families $175.00

500-1,499 Families $245.00

1,500+ Families $295.00

This license applies to songs, psalms, and acclamations reprinted in bulletins, weekly songsheets. transparencies for overhead projectors, etc. The copies made may be used only in the church which has subscribed to the annual license program and must be destroyed after the license has expired and it is not renewed. See the end of this page for a sample license.

Permission for permanent hymnals/songbooks/songsheets
This type of permission is granted for a fee of $0.03 per song per copy with a minimum fee of $10.00. This permission extends only for the life of the original printing and the originally specified quantity. Reprinting and replacement copies require a renewal of permission. These reprints would be for private use only and not for resale. One copy of the complete hymnal must be sent to us for our files.

Permission for one-time use
For special occasions such as confirmations, baptisms, ordinations, weddings, funerals, anniversaries, and jubilees, permission is granted at no charge. All other one-time use requires a license. Please call to secure permission. It is necessary that you contact us before using the music. We will provide special instructions on format and copyright wording.

* The following three types of permits, although described as separate charges, are already included in the annual reprint license fee.

[* Permission for seasonal use
A seasonal license is granted at $15.00 per song with no maximum fee. This applies to seasons such as Lent, Advent, Christmas, Easter, or just a group of days or weeks. It is understood that these pages or booklets would be used only for that season and destroyed after the season has ended.]

[* Permission for accompaniments
This permission applies to guitar and keyboard/organ accompaniments. The charge is $1.00 per instrument per copy per song with no maximum fee. This permission extends only for the life of the original printing ands the originally specified quantity. Reprinting and replacement copies require a renewal of the permission. This permission applies to accompaniments only. Choral arrangement are not included.]

[*Permission for Choral sheets
This permission applies to choir arrangements. The charge is $1.00 per copy per song with no maximum fee. This permission extends only for the life of the original printing and the originally specified quantity. Reprinting and replacement copies require a renewal of the permission. This permission applies to choral arrangements only. Accompaniments are not included.

Permission for slides/transparencies/laminations
This permission is for words and melody line only. The fee is $10.00 per song per copy. This permission extends only for the life of the original printing and the originally specified quantity. Reprinting and replacement copies require a renewal of permission. These reprints would be for private use only and not for resale.

STIPULATIONS

Permission is for words and melody line only unless indicated otherwise. A special license must be obtained to reprint choral arrangements, instrumental arrangements and organ, keyboard, or guitar accompaniments.

Neither the words nor the music may be adapted or altered in any way.

The title and name(s) of the composer(s) must appear on each copy of each song.

The appropriate copyright notice must appear below each copy of each song, along with the words, "Used with permission."
