Sing a new song for the Lord (sing it, and dance it, a new song to God!). Sing that song and bless Godʻs name (to every being, to all everywhere!), Tell the whole wide world Godʻs triumph (to every being, to all everywhere). Tell Godʻs wonders and Godʻs glory. Antiphon 2. This a noble God, so good (sing out your praise, so deserving our God), See how puny gods of pagans (only this one God, the greatest of all.) This, our God who made the universe. Antiphon 3. Now proclaim the Lord, all earth (sing all you nations, proclaim our God), Praise the glory of Godʻs power (sing all you nations, of Godʻs holy name). Come into the temple, bring all of your gifts. Antiphon 4. Bow and tremble now, all earth (tremble and bow down before Godʻs presence), Tell all peoples that God rules! (tell all the nations that God alone rules!)
