Ps. 107 ¹ "Give Thanks to the Lord"

from "To Those Who Call Upon the Lord" Responsorial Psalms Vol. 2  by Robert M. Mondoy [95]  Give thanks to the Lord.  Give thanks to the Lord, for God is lasting love, for God is lasting love. 1. Sailors went down to the sea, merchants on ships ply their trade, and beheld the works of the Lord, all the wonders of the deep.  Antiphon 2. God spoke; and summoned a gale, whipping up waves fierce and tall, waves that heaved, made sea-farers tremble; terror caused their souls to melt.  Antiphon 3. Then they cried out to the Lord; God snatched them from their danger.  God did hush the wind to calm, and the billows were made still.  Antiphon 4.
